Successful integration project implemented by the IHK at imat-uve
After completing the IHK integration project "Willkommenslotse", Sozzol Rony from Bangladesh was able to start an apprenticeship as material tester for plastics engineering at imat-uve in Mönchengladbach on 1 August 2017.
Initially, imat-uve was looking for an assistant in the laboratory for the testing and validation of materials and components for the automotive industry. The IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein then arranged the company Sozzol Rony (28) from Bangladesh, who has been living in Mönchengladbach since 2014. As part of the integration project, he completed a six-month internship, during which he showed great commitment and thus convinced the laboratory management and the management of imat-uve. In order to be able to hold this motivated employee, he has specially created a apprenticeship position as a materials tester. We are pleased to have such dedicated employee in the company and wish Rony all the best for his apprenticeship.
