Live Webinar: How does the updated Daimler specification affect you?
On 17 June 2020 we invite all experts from the automotive and plastics industry to the free live webinar „How does the updated Daimler test specification DBL 5471 affect you as a supplier?”
The test specification DBL 5471 defines the requirements to be met by components in the vehicle interior for delivery to OEM Daimler, in particular for trim and molded padded parts (composite components). It describes test procedures that simulate the aging of components over time using artificial weathering. This regulation was completely revised and declared valid in October 2019.
The changes are based on technological findings and include both concretions and significant simplifications, which are also noticeable for the suppliers in terms of reduced costs and time required for implementation.
