imat-uve introduces Brain of Materials at Dornbirn GFC
Today the Austrian Institute for Chemical Fibers is holding the 58th Dornbirn Global Fiber Congress. imat-uve is using the congress as an opportunity to introduce its spin-off Brain of Materials. Digitalization is becoming increasingly important and, in this context, imat-uve built the material platform Brain of Materials. Brain of Materials is a digital global platform offering services for various fields such as design, engineering and development. It enables access to holistic data from design to engineering including photorealistic renderings, material properties and certified test results therefore ultimately reducing time and costs of design and engineering processes. In cooperation with PwC, the Dornbirn GFC organized a startup tent at the congress area consisting of 25 startups chosen worldwide based on their unique technologies and innovative concepts. Brain of Materials is one of the chosen startups presenting the concept as well as the vision behind the platform on 12 September at 9:45 am.
The Dornbirn GFC is an innovation platform for the fiber industry and serves as a generator for ideas and the foundation for networking. This year, the Dornbirn GFC will focus on fiber innovations, circular economy and sustainability, digitization and smart textiles.
