Update: Seminar "Emissions and odor of the vehicle interior"
Due to the great demand for our seminar on emissions and odors, we offer a course on this topic again this year. The participants will get interesting presentations and practical examples from our emission experts. In a practical excursion we provide further information about test methods and show our Market Research Lab.
An overview of the topics:
The seminar starts with a comprehensive introduction into current emissions and odor test methods by Dr. Michael Holzwarth (imat-uve). Subsequently, Dr. Hans-Peter Schlegelmilch (imat-uve) gives an insight into the development of an innovative method for proband tests as well as an imat-uve study on fragrance preferences.During the lunch break participants can get more information about testing equipment and can also go on a tour through our premises and Market Research Lab which are located in the historical building of the former Monforts fabric machine factory. To start the second session, Dr. Dieter Holtkamp (Holtkamp Air Quality Improvement) will hold a lecture on local and global standards and legislation for emissions testing. Hans-Willi Müller (imat-uve gmbh) will then introduce issues of odor testing and maintaining an odor panel. Before the final discussion, Dr. Hans Peter Schlegelmilch presents the topic of "Balancing test results with the VOC high precision standard material". To round off the event, all participants are welcome to contribute to the final panel discussion.
