imat-uve Dec 15, 2021 < 1 min read

The introduction of the new corrosion cycle test according to DIN 55635 (VDA 233-102 / "VDA new") has been completed in DBL 7381 and Daimler is thus aiming to replace the old corrosion cycle test in the meantime. In the initial sampling process, the old corrosion cycle test is one of the longest test cycles, with a test time of ten weeks.

With the introduction of the new test, the testing time will be reduced by 40% to six weeks. Nevertheless, in order to obtain comparable results with regard to quality assurance, the test has been tightened up.

In the webinar you will learn:

  • The test process in detail
  • The important follow-up tests and evaluation procedures

Who should attend?

  • Managers, engineers and employees from the areas of testing, quality and development of materials and components.
  • All those entrusted with material and component approvals in the automotive industry and related sectors
