Volkswagen approves imat as a service provider

From now, imat's locations in Europe, Asia and the USA are certified service providers for VW. The Group Quality Assurance at Volkswagen AG has granted the company approval for numerous test methods for materials and components. The certificate includes, among other things, climate and exposure tests, physical and chemical tests as well as textile tests.The employees at the branches Mönchengladbach, Heimsheim, Shanghai and Atlanta worked intensively on proficiency tests in the last months to reach this award. The certification by VW is a further milestone for imat to implement the company’s strategy and prove itself as a global partner of the OEMs.
